Your new company

You'll be joining an insurance broker based in Sydney. This company has experienced significant growth over the past 3 years and is now looking to engage a Salesforce developer / consultant in order to help future-proof the business by creating best-in-class Salesforce solutions.

You'll be working closely with the CEO in order to design & develop custom Salesforce solutions, so this is a really great opportunity to have experience in engaging with senior stakeholders.

Your new role

You'll be joining as a Salesforce Developer / Consultant. The company works within the insurance industry, so the role will involve developing custom applications and features in order to maximise revenue and facilitate company growth. You'll be working closely with both customers and employees (brokers) in order to understand their needs and create best-in-class, customised solutions which will be used by both.

This position plays a critical role in order to help facilitate the companies' next phase of growth. The main objective of this position is to implement technology best practice and new customised applications to streamline process and maximise opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

Duties & Responsibilities.

• Work closely with the Managing Director to create and deliver best in class salesforce solutions

• Understand the needs of Customers & Employees to recommend, design and implement salesforce solutions

• Develop and maintain custom salesforce applications, including; Omni Scripts, Omni Studio

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce features, products, and third-party integrations to meet business needs.

• Ensure that changes and enhancements do not introduce defects or regressions.

• Write efficient, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems

Experience & Knowledge Required

• 3+ years as a salesforce developer / consultant

• Great communication & stakeholder engagement skills

• Proven experience in Salesforce APIs and integrating with internal/external applications.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce capabilities.

• Experience of integration within a highly regulated environment

• Mulesoft knowledge would be highly desirable

• OmniScript & OmniStudio

• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team

• Salesforce certifications would be highly desirable
